Students Abroad in Portugal Over Winter Break

Our hawks flew across the pond and spent winter break in Lisbon and Portugal with Dr. Shelton! They explored cities along the coast and tried the local bites! Studying International Tourism allowed our students to gain real-world experience and knowledge to apply in their professional careers. This three-week course allowed students to build on their knowledge outside the classroom and visit over 6 cities while doing so! They studied how tourism affects a city's location and spoke with business owners.
